In its capacity as data controller, your personal data is processed by Sürkit Holding A.Ş. within the scope set out below.

Your personal data is processed within the framework of the personal data processing conditions set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, for purposes including carrying out the work required for you to benefit from our Company's services, managing contractual processes, managing human resources processes, conducting communication activities, evaluating job applications, sustaining administrative and commercial activities, and fulfilling legal obligations.

The collected personal data may be transferred, for the purposes stated above, to our relevant business partners, legally authorized public institutions and organizations, our domestic group companies, and where necessary to the relevant authorities for the fulfillment of legal obligations, pursuant to Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

Your personal data is collected through the website, application forms, e-mail, verbal or written communication channels, camera recording systems and other physical/electronic media; on the legal grounds of "establishment and performance of a contract", "fulfillment of legal obligations", "explicit consent" and "legitimate interest" set out in Article 5 of the KVKK.

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, in relation to your personal data you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose; know the third parties to whom the data is transferred domestically or abroad; request the correction of incomplete or inaccurately processed data; request its erasure or destruction within the framework of Article 7 of the KVKK; request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred; object to any result arising against you from the analysis of the processed data exclusively through automated systems; and claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
